This course highlights the importance of a safe workplace by addressing sexual harassment as a critical psychosocial hazard. Understand the obligations of management and workers, and learn effective strategies for reporting and responding to violations. This course focuses on the responsibility of each worker to behave appropriately at all times and includes standard workplace policies and procedures to prevent and address workplace sexual harassment.

Target Audience

The ready2work COMPLIANCE series is designed for all staff and will typically overlap learning in the HSE series. With a basic grounding from the associated courses in that range, we can now focus on specific requirements in more detail. In most workplaces, workers complete these courses within the first weeks of their employment and some titles might need to be refreshed every few years based on workplace requirements.
