The Highway Code was updated to ensure that road users who can potentially do the greatest harm to others, have the greatest responsibility to reduce the danger or threat they may pose. It was also updated to offer additional protection to those road users who are most at risk in the event of a collision.  Written specifically for road users, this learning pathway ensures that you understand what the changes to the highway code are, and how these changes affect road users, whether they are driving a vehicle, approaching a zebra crossing or exiting or charging a vehicle.
