The activities in this pathway explore the continuing role of TCF (treating customers fairly). They look at TCFs fit with the FCAs Principles for Businesses and how treating customers fairly works and for who. They also look at how a firm should monitor TCF and ongoing conduct risk management, particularly in the context of SM&CR.

- explain how TCF works and for who, in conjunction with the FCA's Principles for Businesses.
- understand how senior management take responsibility for TCF as part of managing conduct risk and how staff can ensure a culture suitable for the business and its customers.
